Issue 13 is a measure being pursued by fifty-year Chardon resident Rollin Cooke. With a YES vote on Issue 13, zoning will become consistent along the Water Street corridor, as is outlined specifically in Chardon's long term planning documents.
Already, Mr. Cooke has presented his plan for the property before Chardon's City Council, Planning Commission, engineers and planning consultants, and all have agreed. Issue 13 helps Chardon move in the right direction.
